Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to create a Pixloo Virtual Tour.
Step 1: Login to Pixloo account.
Step 2: Click on “My Tours“.
Step 3: Next, click on the “Add Tour” button.
Step 4: In the property details tab you will enter in all the information possible. Make sure to keep this information updated as we do not update any of this information at anytime. We leave this 100% up to you.
Step 5: Enter in the listing price. Make sure to keep this updated. We do not ever update this price. If the price changes on your home and you do not update this, it will not reflect the update price on your virtual tour or on any of the sites we export too.
Step 6: Enter in your MLS number. Note that you do not need to put in an MLS number if you are a homeowner or don’t have one. If do have an MLS number, enter it in as most exports require an MLS number.
Step 7: Enter in Co-Listing Agent information. Note that if you are a Real Estate Agent and don’t have a Co-Listing Agent, you should leave this blank. Homeowners should leave this blank as well.
Step 8: Mark the tour as Active as to have the tour active in our exports and on our site. This is also where you will mark your tour as (Pending, Under Contract, or Sold) We do not update this information, so you will need to inform our system if this is marked as Pending, Under Contract, or Sold.
Step 9: Enter in a Property Title, this will show at the top of your tour. Make sure that you don’t enter in your personal information here as this can be a violation in most MLS systems and different websites that we export too.
Step 10: Upload a Main Photo for your Virtual Tour. Click on “Choose File” and navigate to the main photo of the property you are selling found on your computer. If you don’t have a picture, you can still move forward but this is something that you will want to have on your tour. Make sure to come back to the tour if you don’t upload one now as we don’t have the photo of your house.
Step 11: Review Everything.
Step 12: Review Everything Again!
Step 13: After reviewing everything, click on the “Save” Button to save all the information that you have entered about your virtual tour.
You have successfully create your Pixloo Virtual Tour. Make sure to next click on “Photos” and “Videos” to upload as many as possible to your account. This will give you the best presentation of your account.
Once you have entered in all the information that is located on the “Property Details” tab your tour will be exported to as many sites as your profile limits you or that are possible by our system within 1-5 business days. Some systems that we export too only take weekly exports to their site so some website will take longer than others to export too.
