At Pixloo we try and give everything we can to our clients and customers. We created the Statistics section so that you can see exactly how many people are looking at your tour. We provide you with a dashboard to see each and every one of your virtual tours. To view the statistics of your virtual tour, please follow the following steps:
Step 1: Login to your Pixloo Account.
Step 2: Click on the Statistics tab located in the top Nav bar in your admin section.
Below is what you should see, it will substitute in what your different tours and Addresses are.
You will see in this first section the total number of tour views for each and every month. This will only display the last 12 months.
When you click on one of the tour links it will take you to the individual statistics for each and every tour. If you have hundreds of tours this will help you to see exactly how many people are looking at each one of your tours. When you click into each tour you will see the following page:
You will see above that you can see exactly where the views come from for each and every tour. It will also give you a breakdown of views for each and every month. Below that you will see a bar graph of where the tours are coming from. Typically Real Estate Agents get a majority of their views from sites like Realtor.com while Homeowners get the majority of their views from sites like Zillow.com and Facebook.
We try and total everything in the bar graphs and in the circle graphs it will show you a break down of what percentage of traffic is coming from where. This will help you to understand where you should focus your efforts and where to spend more money for marketing efforts. Typically more traffic will result in more houses sold.
Pay attention to where your traffic is coming from. If you are a Real Estate Agent we recommend that you export your virtual tour to Realtor.com. This is a site that we have found gets the most amount of traffic possible. Though other sites refer traffic, Realtor.com gets very targeted users that result in sales. Realtor.com charges $22 which we charge to you.
