Submitting a support ticket has been made easy. All you need to do is visit our support page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see a support form.Fill it out. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to do everything.
Step 1: Visit the Support Page.
Step 2: Enter in your Name and Email. Make sure that the email you enter in is the same email that you registered with our site. This will show in your back end under “Support Tickets” section.
Step 3: Enter in what type of ticket this is. Below are the types of tickets you can suggest.
- Support Ticket
- General Chit Chat
Step 4: Enter in your question, problem, or whatever it is that you need help with.
Step 5: Press “Send” to submit this to our site.
All support questions will be answered in a timely fashion. We typically only work during business hours 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday thru Thursday. Turn around time takes a couple days, so if you don’t hear back from us immediately don’t be alarmed. Professional and Premium account get Support Ticket priority.
