We get asked all the time if we sell our customers information? The answer to that question is absolutely NOT. We DO NOT sell nor intent to ever sell customer information to anyone.
We take pride in our customers information and hold this close. If you are contacted by anyone other than Pixloo about your account please report them through our support page. We do not accept this behavior and discourage anyone doing that.
We also discourage Real Estate Agents from contacting homeowners on the site trying to pitch them. We do everything we can to stop this but it’s hard to stop this. For this reason we discourage all agents from doing this.
At times we do use third parties to conduct surveys and monitor customer satisfaction, we never allow them full access to our users information or our database.
